10 reasons why you should swim

Swimming is the perfect recreational activity of the summers, especially when the temperature rises in summers then the best way, to cool off is to take an energizing dip in the water. Other than the enjoyment you can get several other benefits while swimming. Many of the people think that swimming is just so tiring activity and it causes cramps, fractures, and etc. Maybe this is because they don’t have awareness.  Here some reasons are gathered for you, hopefully, these reasons can convince you that you should swim at least twice in a week.

The resistance in the water encounters the force of gravity that is why when you swim you feel so relaxed.  The buoyancy of the water has been just so amazing and due to this you don’t have to put extra effort while swimming, just freely propel your hand you will see that you are moving on your own.

Doctors say if you swim daily for at least 20 minutes while keeping the speed and rhythm constant your metabolism would be controlled and the general fitness will also be improved. But you have to be very consistent after two days you cannot expect better results.
